God Loves You

The following Gospel presentation is a recreation of a Gospel tract, which is available to you at the bottom of this page.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

John 3:16

This great Bible verse reveals 4 truths about the heart of God for ALL people.

1. You are loved

God wants you to know that you are loved. The Lord Jesus said, ‘’For God so loved the world. . .“

You are a part of this world, and God loves you. He gave His Son for you, and He wants you  ”. . . to know the love of Christ. . .“  (Ephesians 3:19)

“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”

1 John 4:10

2. You are of worth

The Lord also wants you to know that you are of worth. In fact, you are so dear to God that,

“. . . He gave His only begotten Son. . .”

Why would God need to send His Son for you?  Because of sin. We are all sinners. The Bible teaches in Romans 3:23,

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”

The Bible also teaches that sin requires a payment. “For the wages of sin is death. . .” (Romans 6:23)

But there is good news. “. . . Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures.” (1 Corinthians 15:3)

God demonstrated His love for you and revealed your worth to Him when He sent His Son to die in your place.

Christ paid your sin debt in full when He died on the cross because ‘’He (God) hath made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us. . .” (2 Corinthians 5:21 ).

Jesus loves you and gave Himself for you as the only payment for sin.

You may ask, “How can God forgive my sin?”

He can because of what Jesus did.

“But God commendeth (showed, proved) his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Romans 5:8

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ . . .”

Ephesians 2:4-5

3. You can have hope

God wants you to know that you can have hope. God says to you,

“. . . that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish. . .”

Life is fragile, and people are perishing, but Christ came “. . . that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10)

In a world where so many have lost hope, God wants you to know that the “. . . Lord Jesus Christ . . . is our hope” (1 Timothy 1 :1 )

Jesus rose from the dead, and He said, “. . . Because I live, ye shall live also’’ (John 14:19)

4. You can have purpose

God wants you to know that you can have purpose in life. He desires that you,

“. . .should not perish, but have everlasting life. . .”

You may ask, “How may I receive God’s promise of eternal life?

Acknowledge that you are a sinner.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”

Romans 3:23

Believe that the Lord Jesus died for you.

. . . Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures.”

1 Corinthians 15:3

Call upon the Lord to save you.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Romans 10:13

Everlasting life is yours when we receive Christ as your personal Saviour.

The Lord Jesus said,

“I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish.”

John 10:28

“And this is the promise that He hath promised us, even eternal life”

1 John 2:25

An Invitation

If you would be honest and willing, turn to Christ in repentance and faith and then pray to accept and receive Him as your Lord and Saviour.

You can call on the Lord Jesus now! “Dear God, be merciful to me, a sinner. I believe You died for my sin and rose from the dead. Jesus, I turn from my sin and trust You as my personal Savior. Thank you for rescuing me and giving me the gift of eternal life. In Jesus name, Amen.”

If you believed and prayed that prayer, Jesus is now your Saviour and He promises, “. . . I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.” (Hebrews 13:5)

Begin To Grow

Friend, you have a new life! You are a new creature in God's sight! You have a new eternal destiny and a new Heavenly Father! He wants you to grow in faith, day by day-learning more of His love, His Word, and His plan for your life.

We would encourage you to purchase a Bible, begin reading it, and ask the Lord help you obey His Word!

In Acts 2, the people who trusted Christ assembled together (as a church) to learn the Bible and encourage each other.
